My wife and I recently moved to the Manhattan area and needed to find a new home quickly. We searched the entire Manhattan and Junction City area until we discovered a new housing area on the east side of Manhattan. We were immediately impressed with the diversity of homes in the area and more impressed with the quality. The home that quickly caught our attention was one that Robinson Construction had built. Immediately upon entering the home, we noticed the craftmanship and attention to detail that Terry's team had used in building it. In the cold Kansas winters and windy hot summers the nearly air-tight construction keeps out the cold and heat as well as any outside noise. Terry selected top-notch cabinets and fixtures throughout the basement. Without missing a beat, Robinson Construction tackled that project and provided us with a spacious recreation area for our kids that is bright and comfortable. Terry was also very helpful in remedying any minor problems after the sale, even sending his painters back to the house after we moved in to touch up nicks for us. I would definitely hire Terry to build my next home.
